Refer your friends and receive discounts on your next vacation!
Tell an eligible friend about the Armed Forces Vacation Club and when they register and book their first vacation, you earn a $50 credit towards your next vacation. Here's how it works:
- If you do not already have an Armed Forces Vacation Club account number (7033-XXXXX), call 1-800-724-9988 and tell the Vacation Guide that you are a first time caller and that you want to register. They will ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address and the name of your installation. They will then give you an account number.
- Tell an eligible friend about the Armed Forces Vacation Club and give them your AFVC account number.
- When your friend calls 1-800-724-9988 and sets up a new account of their own and confirms a vacation in the same phone call, you will receive a credit on your account in the amount of $50. Your friend must give the Vacation Guide your name and account number for you to receive the credit.
- For every friend who calls 1-800-724-9988, sets up an account of their own and confirms a vacation in the same phone call, you will receive an additional credit on your account in the amount of $50 -- up to a total amount of $250.
- Each $50 credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- The next time you reserve a resort unit, the cost will be reduced by the amount of valid credits you have. Any unused credits will remain on your account for future use. For example, if you have $250 of valid credits and you book a vacation for $199, you will retain $51 worth of credits.
- If, after registering for their AFVC account, the new member you referred cancels their reservation for any reason other than a military contingency, you will automatically (and without notice) forfeit the $50 credit for their referral. If cancelled due to military contingency and the reservation fee is left on the account for use on a future reservation, the referral credit will not be forfeited unless the future reservation is subsequently cancelled for any reason. If the reservation fee is refunded due to a military contingency cancellation, you will automatically (and without notice) forfeit the $50 credit for the referral.
